|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
|Shipping And Handling The price for Tasting Trays includes UK postage and packaging for the number of months selected. Postage and packaging for international deliveries to Europe or the USA will be calculated in the Checkout based on weight and the number of months selected.|
Carriage for chocolate bars will be calculated in the Cart based on weight. The minimum order is four bars and Signed For UK postage and packaging for this will be £3.75. Postage and packaging for UK and international deliveries to Europe or the Middel East or the USA will be calculated in the Cart.
We normally use Royal Mail First Class Signed For Delivery in the UK and Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery (5 days) for international deliveries. Royal Mail's delivery promises and targets apply. We must be notified of a failed delivery as soon as possble and within at least 5 days of the expected delivery date. Because delivery may take a few days, it is important that the ambient temperature remains below 72 degrees Fahrenheit, 22 degrees Celcius, during delivery, to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. During the summer we may have to suspend delivery for a short period as the temperature may be too high to ensure that our chocolates arrive in a good condition.
Some UK postcode areas may not be able to receive deliveries from us in the normal time. Please contact us for more information, or place your order and we will try to assist you in sorting out a delivery. The list below includes the areas we know about:

|Delivery Schedule We despatch your order for bars right away where possible. You can expect to receive your order within 2 - 7 business days. To ensure theTasting Trays are always at their best, they are normally produced and despatched during the last week of the month.|
Orders are only sent Monday through to Thursday and excludes all English Bank Holidays. Orders received on Fridays will be despatched on the following Monday excluding English Bank Holidays. Only orders received by 1400 (2pm) can be despatched that day.
In the event of Royal Mail industrial action that will affect your delivery, we will make every attempt to avoid known incidents of industrial action, but cannot prevent such actions causing problems with delivery timings.
If any goods arrive damaged, they must be refused when delivery is attempted, or signed for with a written comment on the couriers receipt, to say that they were damaged, outlining the extent of the damage. You must inform us immediately or within 2 working days that the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. We must be notified of a failed delivery as soon as possble and within at least 5 days of the expected delivery date. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|
|Tax Charges For retail orders made for delivery in the UK or the European Union, current VAT rate is included. For retail orders made for delivery outside the UK or the European Union, no VAT will be applied.|
|Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit and debit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are transfered to us via an SSL secure hosting (Gold Padlock). They are only decrypted after they reach our computer, through a secure administration login. Your details are then stored in a bank approved fully encrypted state accessible only through our secure administration login. When payment has been received and the goods sent, your card details are deleted, apart from the last four digits for identification purposes.|

|Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If any of our products do not meet our exacting standard, then please inform us immediately. We will need the goods returned within 72 hours in order that we can examine them. Return postage will be refunded if we agree that the goods are 'sub-standard'.|

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
